Ingredients

  • 1-2/3 cups hot water
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (onions and peppers), thawed, drained
  • 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing

Method

  • Heat oven to 425F.
  • Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Cover with stir-fry vegetables, then combined corn and dressing.
  • Top with stuffing; cover.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min.
  • or until chicken is done (165F), uncovering for the last 10 min.
