Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. pecan meats
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cook to soft ball stage all ingredients except vanilla and pecans, then add vanilla and beat until thickened.
- Add pecans, stirring until well coated and turn onto greased platter or waxed paper.
- (I use wax paper.)
- Separate into individual pieces.
