Ingredients
- 1 lb. 95% lean beef or ground turkey breast, browned and drained
- 6 oz. no salt tomato paste
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. shredded onion
- 4 c. (6 oz.) water
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1/3 c. small macaroni
Method
- Mix ingredients.
- Add chili powder to taste.
- Cook until thick and vegetables are done.
- Makes 6 servings.
