- 4 lb. ground beef
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 small cans Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix ground meat, eggs and bread crumbs and shape into small balls.
- (Mixture will be firm.)
- Bake at 425 degrees about 10-15 minutes.
