Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 8 marshmallows
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix potatoes with other ingredients, except for marshmallows and corn flakes.
- Make into balls and place marshmallows in center.
- Roll in corn flakes.
- Put in buttered dish.
- Cover with foil and chill.
- Bake until marshmallows begin to ooze, about 15 minutes.
