Ingredients
- 5 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
- Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar; mix well and spread in a buttered baking dish. Mix oleo, flour, pecans and brown sugar. Mix well and spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is brown and glazy.
