Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1- 1/2 cup Salted Water
  • 6 whole Chicken Tenders
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
  • 13 cups Oil
  • 1/2 cups Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cups Orange Marmalade
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Method

  • Cook rice in the salted water until tender.
  • Cube chicken.
  • Stir together flour, salt and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Place flour-covered chicken in hot oil.
  • Cook until golden on each side and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from oil and set aside.
  • To the pan, add orange juice, orange marmalade, honey, soy, and ginger.
  • Stir while simmering until thickened.
  • Add chicken back to sauce, stir so that sauce covers chicken.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
