- 3/4 cups Jasmine Rice
- 1- 1/2 cup Salted Water
- 6 whole Chicken Tenders
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 13 cups Oil
- 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1/2 cups Orange Marmalade
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
Method
- Cook rice in the salted water until tender.
- Cube chicken.
- Stir together flour, salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Place flour-covered chicken in hot oil.
- Cook until golden on each side and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from oil and set aside.
- To the pan, add orange juice, orange marmalade, honey, soy, and ginger.
- Stir while simmering until thickened.
- Add chicken back to sauce, stir so that sauce covers chicken.
- Turn off heat.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
