Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. frozen Tater Tots
  • sliced Velveeta cheese (about 6 slices)
  • 1 medium onion

Method

  • In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
  • In kettle, combine meat and cream of mushroom soup; let simmer about 10 minutes (low heat).
  • Deep fry Tater Tots and drain grease.
  • In 9-inch round pan, place Tater Tots on the bottom of the pan; cover with 3 slices of cheese.
  • Cover cheese with meat mixture and then top with remaining cheese.
  • Melt cheese in oven.
