Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. frozen Tater Tots
- sliced Velveeta cheese (about 6 slices)
- 1 medium onion
Method
- In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- In kettle, combine meat and cream of mushroom soup; let simmer about 10 minutes (low heat).
- Deep fry Tater Tots and drain grease.
- In 9-inch round pan, place Tater Tots on the bottom of the pan; cover with 3 slices of cheese.
- Cover cheese with meat mixture and then top with remaining cheese.
- Melt cheese in oven.
