Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. flour
Method
- Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon extract and butter; sift flour and add to mixture.
- Mix well to form a firm dough (some flour differs in texture, so you may need to add additional sifted flour to form firm dough).
- Roll dough in waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
- Cut dough into round slices and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
