Ingredients
- 8 pieces boned chicken breast
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 pkg. or jar of salted beef
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- parsley and lemon pepper to taste
Method
- Wrap chicken in bacon.
- Use a toothpick to secure.
- Cut beef in 1/2 inch pieces.
- Put on bottom of quiche dish.
- Place chicken on beef.
- Blend sour cream and soup.
- Pour over chicken and sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
- Bake for 3 hours at 275 degrees.
- Do not cook at higher temperature.
