Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic pepper
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 to 2 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Wash chicken.
- Mix flour and garlic pepper together.
- Melt oil in skillet until slightly hot (when bubbles form from water).
- Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour mixture.
- Let brown on both sides, then put brown chicken in baking dish and cover.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until tender at 350°.
