Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (I use 1 big tsp.)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 bulbs garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- chicken or beef, sliced thin
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Put marinade on each piece of chicken or beef and put in bowl so it can be turned over.
- Marinate 4 to 6 hours.
- Cook on barbecue.
