Ingredients
- 1 OSCAR MAYER 98% Fat Free Wieners
- 1 tablespoon CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/8 yellow onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tablespoon
- 1 hot dog bun
- 2 broccoli spears
- 2 tablespoon BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/4 pound frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 3 tablespoon PLANTERS Almonds
Method
- Heat hot dog as directed on package.
- Chop onion; mix relish, onion and mustard.
- Place hot dog in bun; top with relish mixture
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces (about 1 cup pieces).
- Blend sour cream, lemon juice and favorite herbs to make a dip for broccoli.
- Make Fruit in a Cloud by spooning whipped topping into dessert dish.
- Using back of spoon, spread whipped topping onto bottom and up sides of dish.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Slice banana and thaw strawberries.
- Spoon fruit mixture into center of whipped topping just before serving.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
