Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bulk sausage or hamburger
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Brown meat; drain off fat.
  • Cook noodles in boiling salted water; drain.
  • Combine egg, Parmesan, cottage cheese and meat.
  • In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, layer half the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 minutes.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
