Ingredients
- 8 oz. bulk sausage or hamburger
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Brown meat; drain off fat.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water; drain.
- Combine egg, Parmesan, cottage cheese and meat.
- In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan, layer half the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
