Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 tsp. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • In pan, bring to a boil margarine, cocoa and water.
  • In another pan (preferably a large bowl), mix sour cream, eggs and baking powder.
  • Add the two mixtures together and add the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla.
  • Place into large (16 x 12-inch) sheet cake pan (1 inch deep).
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. After this bakes, in a pot add:
