Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 (10 oz.) carton frozen strawberries
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 4 large bananas
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Bake pie shells.
- Cool.
- Cube 1 banana into each pie shell; set aside.
- In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, flour and pineapple; stir until thick.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries; stir until well mixed.
- Cube remaining 2 bananas into mixture and add pecans.
- Mix well and pour in shells. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Top with Cool Whip.
