Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce anejo tequila
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 lime wedge or a piece of prickly pear
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the bourbon, tequila, lime juice and Simple Syrup.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the lime wedge or prickly pear.
