- 1 pie crust
- fresh tomatoes
- mayonnaise
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion
Method
- Bake pie crust golden brown.
- Peel and slice tomatoes (enough to fill pie crust).
- Drain on paper towel until juice is out. Fill pie crust with tomatoes.
- Cover tomatoes with thin slices of onion.
- Mix mayonnaise and grated Cheddar cheese together.
- (The amount of topping is up to the individual.)
- Bake in a 350° oven until brown.
