Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • fresh tomatoes
  • mayonnaise
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion

Method

  • Bake pie crust golden brown.
  • Peel and slice tomatoes (enough to fill pie crust).
  • Drain on paper towel until juice is out. Fill pie crust with tomatoes.
  • Cover tomatoes with thin slices of onion.
  • Mix mayonnaise and grated Cheddar cheese together.
  • (The amount of topping is up to the individual.)
  • Bake in a 350° oven until brown.
