Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of paprika
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 (7 oz.) cans drained, flaked tuna
Method
- Place bread crumbs in a bowl.
- In a pot heat milk and butter. Pour over bread crumbs.
- Add remaining ingredients except eggs and tuna.
- Mix well.
- Gradually stir in eggs.
- Place tuna in casserole.
- Cover with egg mixture.
- Place casserole in pan of hot water.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
- Serves 6.
