Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 3 (7 oz.) cans drained, flaked tuna

Method

  • Place bread crumbs in a bowl.
  • In a pot heat milk and butter. Pour over bread crumbs.
  • Add remaining ingredients except eggs and tuna.
  • Mix well.
  • Gradually stir in eggs.
  • Place tuna in casserole.
  • Cover with egg mixture.
  • Place casserole in pan of hot water.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
  • Serves 6.
