Ingredients

  • 3/4 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup Salad Greens
  • 5 slices Thinly Sliced Deli Smoked Turkey, Torn
  • 1 slice Salami (I Used Turkey Salami), Cut In Strips
  • 1 slice Provolone Cheese, Cut In Strips
  • 1/2 whole Pickle, Diced
  • Handful Of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 slice Sandwich Bread, Toasted And Cubed

Method

  • Whisk the mayo and mustard together in a small bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss with the salad greens in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the dressed greens to a serving dish. Top with the turkey, salami, provolone, pickle, tomatoes, and toasted bread.
