Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. raspberry flavor sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1 orange, diced and sectioned

Method

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
  • Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir in orange.
  • Spoon into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Unmold.
  • Garnish, if desired.
