Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. raspberry flavor sugar-free gelatin
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 orange, diced and sectioned
Method
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
- Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
- Stir in orange.
- Spoon into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold.
- Garnish, if desired.
