Ingredients
- turkey gravy
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
- 1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles, rice or macaroni
Method
- Prepare gravy.
- Add turkey, peas, butter and onion.
- Combine cooked noodles, rice or macaroni with turkey mixture in a 1-quart casserole dish.
- Top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Serves 6.
