Ingredients
- 1 box german chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups pecans or walnuts
- 1 - 14 ounce bag caramels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare cake mix as per instructions.
- Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt caramels with milk in sauce pan over low heat.
- Stir constantly.
- Pour over cake
