- Dark Layer
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
- 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
- White Layer
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 100g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted
- 1 egg white, beaten to soft peaks
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 punnet blueberries
Method
- Beat Philly* until smooth.
- Stir in the melted dark chocolate until combined.
- Fold through egg white.
- Repeat with white chocolate to make white layer.
- Spoon Philly* chocolate mixtures alternately with the berries in parfait glasses, topping lastly with the berries.
- Chill for 30 minutes; Serve.
