Ingredients

  • Dark Layer
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
  • White Layer
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted
  • 1 egg white, beaten to soft peaks
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 1 punnet blueberries

Method

  • Beat Philly* until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted dark chocolate until combined.
  • Fold through egg white.
  • Repeat with white chocolate to make white layer.
  • Spoon Philly* chocolate mixtures alternately with the berries in parfait glasses, topping lastly with the berries.
  • Chill for 30 minutes; Serve.
