Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 1 (16 ounce.) fruit cocktail with syrup
- 1 c. angel flake coconut
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Method
- Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in large bowl.
- Beat 4 min at medium speed.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 10 inch Pyrex or possibly any pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts (mixed well) over top.
- Bake at 325 degree for 45 min.
