Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) vanilla milk chips

Method

  • Use 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  • Beat eggs, gradually beating in sugar.
  • Blend in melted butter and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  • Add to egg mixture.
  • Stir in vanilla chips.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brownies pull away from sides of pan.
  • Cool completely and cut into squares.
