- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- olive oil
- 1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
- 6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Dip veal in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in small amount of olive oil.
- Place in baking dish.
- Pour cooking sauce over veal. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
