Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 6 to 8 oz. American cheese
Method
- Melt butter; stir in flour.
- Over medium heat, add milk to butter and flour, stirring with whisk until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and add cheese; cover until cheese melts.
- Great on vegetables, potatoes or rice.
