Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
  • chopped fresh broccoli
  • chopped carrots
  • Cheddar cheese
  • onion
  • red pepper

Method

  • In a jelly roll pan, lay out 2 packs of Pillsbury crescent rolls.
  • Pinch together seams and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Spread mixture on crescents and top with finely chopped broccoli, carrots, Cheddar cheese, onion and red pepper.
  • Cut and serve.
