Velvet Crumb Cake - Bisquick baking mix

Method

• Grease and flour a square pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch) or round pan (9 x 1 1/2-inch).
• Beat all ingredients except topping on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
• Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
• Pour into pan.
• Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool slightly; spread with topping.
• Set oven control to broil.
• Broil cake with top 3 inches from heat for about 3 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
