Ingredients
- 1 c. whipped cottage cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Method
- Combine cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks, milk, vanilla and cornstarch.
- Stir until smooth.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into batter; put cinnamon on top.
- Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
- Makes two 9-inch pies.
