Ingredients
- 1 pkg. prewashed spinach or fresh
- 6 to 8 slices bacon
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drain juice and save
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds, slivered can be substituted
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Tear spinach and set to side.
- Cook bacon until crispy (save grease).
- Crumble bacon into bits. On medium-low temperature, add vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and juice from mandarin oranges to bacon grease.
