Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. fat-free milk
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in greased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Make 2 holes in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into one, the vinegar and vanilla into the other.
- Pour the milk over all and mix until well blended and smooth.
- Bake at 350° until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Spread with Chocolate Glaze.
