- 1 14 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese (philadelphia)
- 1 cup sugar, white
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract, pure
- 12 teaspoon almond extract, pure
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter, press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 inch spring form pan.
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract on medium speed until well blended.
- Next add the juices and fruit zests and mix well.
- Add your eggs, one at a time, just until blended and pour over crust.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes, or until centre is almost set.
- Cool completely, then place in fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, garnish with fresh berries.
