Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix using 3 whole egg rather than 4 egg whites according to directions
- 1 can cream of coconut ...not.. coconut milk
- 1/3 can of condensed milk
- 1 container of cool whip
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
Method
- hear oven to 350
- bake cake as directed
- mix cream of coconut and condensed milk together
- poke holes in cake while hot and spread this on cake. let cake cool and frost with cool whip and
- sprinkle with coconut. Let cake stand for a few hours before serving to let flavors mingle.
