- 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 can crescent rolls
Method
- Cook zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
- Combine beaten eggs with zucchini mixture.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Separate and spread the crescent rolls into a pie pan or casserole dish.
- Pour mixture in and cook for 20 minutes in 375° oven.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
