Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. snipped dates
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Stir in other ingredients. Turn into 2-quart casserole (ungreased). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir with wooden spoon (while still hot).
- Let cool.
- Form into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
