Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lobster base
  • 8 (5-ounce) lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp
  • 2 pounds mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 1/2 pound chopped clams
  • 3 pounds whitefish, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 pound cooked linguine
  • Alfalfa sprouts, for garnish

Method

  • Bring 2 quarts water to boil, add lobster base.
  • Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add olive oil to a large skillet.
  • Saute the shrimp, mussels, clams, and whitefish, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt, white pepper, and garlic.
  • Place Sauteed seafood on bed of linguine.
  • Set two lobster tails on side and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
