- 1 head of lettuce, washed and torn
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise cup ranch dressing
- 6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 8 slices of bacon, fried, and crumbled
Method
- Layer ingredients as listed, except bacon, into a 4 quart bowl. Cover and refrigerator overnight.
- Just before serving, top of with bacon and toss.
