Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 3 x 250g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds

Method

  • Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
  • Beat softened Philly* until smooth, stir in sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
  • Pour into prepared crumb crust and sprinkle with almonds; bake at 160C for 60 minutes.
  • Allow to cool in oven.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
