Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 12 cup pitted ripe olives, cut into halves
- 12 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 12 cup sliced pepperoni, if desired
- ground pepper
Method
- Toss beans, artichoke hearts (with liquid), olives and salad dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Just before serving, toss with remaining ingredients.
