Ingredients
- 4 c. prepared fruit (about 3 lb. ripe apples)
- 7 c. (3 lb.) sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 bottle Certo fruit pectin
Method
- First, prepare the fruit. Core and grind about 3 pounds fully ripe apples.
