Ingredients
- 1/3 c. red cinnamon candy
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
Method
- Combine 1 cup boiling water and candy.
- Mix until completely dissolved. Add gelatin. Stir to dissolve.
- Blend in applesauce. Pour half the mixture into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Chill until firm. Blend remaining ingredients together.
- Pour over firm applesauce mixture.
- Pour remaining applesauce over cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
