Ingredients

  • 1 jar (15 Oz. Size) Marinated Artichokes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (I Prefer Dukes)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1/4 cups Onion, Diced Small
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (Italian Blend, Swiss Or Mozzarella)

Method

  • Drain artichokes and chop.
  • Mix artichokes with all remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
  • Serve with chips, crackers, pita bread or flat bread.
  • Note: The Italian blend cheese can be found in most grocery stores but Swiss or mozzarella also work.
  • I use a 6 x 10 baking dish but any medium size will work well.
