Ingredients
- 1/2 c. can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar (Sprinkle Sweet)
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 egg yolks
Method
- Whisk all ingredients together except butter.
- Heat butter and add mixture to pan.
- Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until thick.
- You can not substitute margarine as it will separate later.
- This sauce is great for any meats.
- If you want a good mustard barbecue sauce, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Matouk's hot sauce after it cools down and mix in.
