Ingredients

  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 15 grams - 25 grams Sugar
  • 15 grams Honey (If you don't have, increase the sugar by 15 g)
  • 45 grams Milk
  • 1/2 banana Banana (optional)
  • 60 grams Wheat Flour
  • 20 grams Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Method

  • Put the butter in a heatproof dish and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Combine the egg and sugar and with a whisk and mix.
  • In the bowl from Step 2, add in the butter and mix it in well.
  • Add in the honey, mashed banana and mix well.
  • Take the ingredients marked with a and sift.
  • Switch to a rubber spatula and mix lightly.
  • The dough will be a little dry, so mix in the milk.
  • Pour into doughnut moulds and bake for 17 minutes in a preheated oven at 350F (180C).
  • (If using a silicone tray, cool a bit and them remove from the tray.)
  • (if you want to make chocolate or matcha doughnuts, decrease the wheat flour to 50 g, and add about 10 g of cocoa powder or matcha.
  • Dark chocolate gives a more mature taste).
