- 1 (4 lb.) beef tenderloin roast
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic to taste
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 to 6 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
- 6 carrots, cleaned and diced
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Marinate the tenderloin overnight in the combined soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Before cooking, add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
