Ingredients
- +/- 7oz jar oil packed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup diced shallots
- 4 tsps minced garlic
- 1 tbls fresh basil
- 1/2 chopped parsely
- 1 15 oz round of brie
Method
- Drain oil from tomatoes, chop for 1/2 cup.
- Cook shallots in oil to tender, add garlic for 1 minute, add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 minutes, remove from heat, stir in pepper and parsley.
- Spread tomatoes over brie and chill for 30 min.
- Bake in 350 oven 12-15 minutes
