Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 18 slices cooked chicken
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook broccoli 2 minutes
  • less than directed on package. Drain. Spread on bottom

  • baking
  • dish.
  • Melt
  • margarine. Blend
  • in flour and pepper.
  • Add
  • broth
  • and
  • milk.
  • (Best
  • to remove from heat while
  • adding.)
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes. Add cheese.
  • Pour half the sauce over broccoli.
  • Add chicken; cover with
  • rest
  • of sauce.
  • Bake 10 minutes or more in 425° oven or until slightly brown.
  • Serves 6.
