Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless breasts
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
Method
- Wash chicken completely.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Marinate chicken for 12 hours. After 6 hours, mix marinade and turn the breasts over.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place chicken in a metal pan (12 3/4 x 9 x 2 1/4-inches).
- Pour remaining marinade in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and turn chicken over.
- Continue for 20 minutes or until done.
- Serve with rice and broccoli or other vegetable.
