Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless breasts
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic

Method

  • Wash chicken completely.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Marinate chicken for 12 hours. After 6 hours, mix marinade and turn the breasts over.
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Place chicken in a metal pan (12 3/4 x 9 x 2 1/4-inches).
  • Pour remaining marinade in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and turn chicken over.
  • Continue for 20 minutes or until done.
  • Serve with rice and broccoli or other vegetable.
